Distribution of Assets/Liabilities
Pursuant to Illinois law, marital property, or property acquired during the marriage, is subject to “equitable distribution” in a divorce. As an attorney and Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Ross has particular expertise in financial matters, including how to accurately value retirement accounts, pension plans, real estate, and other complex assets, ensuring you receive a full and fair financial settlement. Please see our Distribution of Assets/Liabilities page for further information.
